Health Benefits of the Male Orgasm

You might not know it but there are health benefits that you can derive from your orgasm, if you happen to be a male person reading this. Male orgasm and ejaculation in sex can be very healthful according to scientific studies. In a study made by Dr. Alfred Kinsey in 1950, it was found out that male orgasm and ejaculation reduces stress. Male orgasm likewise helps to calm a male person down and has a long term effect of psychological balance.

In their study, they noted that a male person who frequently indulge in sex and thus ejaculates frequently, is more level headed than a person who do not indulge in frequent sex and who does not ejaculate frequently. What they did was to have two groups of male personalities introduced into two kinds of environments. One group will have frequent sex while the other group will have less than frequent sex. The result of their study conducted after a year long of observation was that the group of males who frequently have sexual intercourse, proved more psychologically balanced, are more logical in their reasoning and have a more peaceful and lively look at life.

The second group proved the opposite. They were not psychologically balanced, were easy to go into a fit of anger, and were not focused in their work. This study further affirmed the finding of several leading authority on the subject.

Another thing that is good for persons who usually indulge in sexual intercourse is the fact that several medical studies showed the possibility that if you frequently have orgasm and ejaculation, you are less likely to have prostate cancer. This was revealed in a medical research by a team of medical scientist involve in the research for the causes of prostate cancer.

Aside from this, a person who usually engage in sex and who frequently have orgasm and ejaculation during his early years, will not develop problems in his urinary systems as compared to a person who, in his younger years, do not frequently engage in sex and thus do not frequently ejaculate, when they reach old age.
